U.S. Delivery Terms

Free standard shipping and tracking apply to U.S. orders from thhehoneypot; the normal schedule is 1–2 business days for processing plus 4–6 business days in transit, without a guaranteed arrival date.

Post-Purchase Rights

Customers have a 30-day eligible return and exchange window. Store-paid approved return shipping and the 5-10 business-day original-payment refund timeline are governed by thhehoneypot’s Refund Policy.

Custom goods, clearance or Final Sale products, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods are excluded from no-reason returns, but this does not limit rights for damage, defects, wrong items, or missing goods.

Prices, Payments, and Taxes

All displayed transaction amounts are settled in USD, with legally required taxes assessed by thhehoneypot at checkout.

Fraud and Material Errors

thhehoneypot accepts cancellation requests only before shipment and handles later requests under the Refund Policy. Orders involving fraud, illegality, lack of authorization, or a material pricing error may be declined.
